Vaishno Devi Dairy Products Pvt Ltd that, in a short span, since its inception in the year 2007, has become one of the leading providers of dairy products in and outside Maharashtra.
Currently, the company is supplying to and fulfilling sub-contracted orders of various big and well known brands for their pan India market. A composite dairy plant started near Pune produces all types of milk products, including Skimmed Milk Powder and Sweetened Condensed Milk apart from Cow Ghee, Dairy Whitener, Paneer, etc. The plant, set up near Uralikanchan in Daund Taluka, has the capacity to process upto 3 lac litres of milk and convert it into premium quality modern dairy products every day. Soon, the capacity will be maximized to 8 lac liters per day. The company employs more than 150 (contracted and permanent) staff and skilled labourers.
Mr. Nandkishore Attal established M/s. Vaishno Devi Dairy Products Pvt. Ltd. all by himself. Mr. Attal's sharp business acumen and the ability to foresee opportunities led the company to touch soaring heights very early on. The company's turnover increased from 12 crore in the first year to Rs 125 crore in its 4th year. He was awarded the Vishesh Gaurav Puraskar – 2012 from Pune Zilla Maheshwari Pragati Mandal – Zilla Yuva Samit.
