Humble beginnings –
Mr. Rastogi’s family was initially in the sugarcane and steel industry and they wanted to diversify their business into the medical-pharmaceutical industry. While starting off, there were multiple ups and downs in his journey, but Mr. Rastogi prevailed through pressure, turmoil and high competition. It wasn’t easy for him as he was a commerce student who was entering the medical space, but it worked out well for him in the end. He caught up to the competition and emerged as one of the top manufactures in Uttarakhand. Today, Rivpra crosses INR 70cr in revenue, growing through humble beginnings and with strong leadership.

The long journey to success –
Initially, Mr. Rastogi faced problems related to the lack of understanding of the technical aspects of the industry. It took him over 3 years to learn more about the industry. Even then, he was constantly innovating to search the best techniques that would transform the industry. Now, he’s created a family-employee environment in his company and has been developing molecules and new product innovations regularly. Rivpra reached a turnover of INR 9cr in 2010 and that was just the beginning to their many successful endeavors in the future. Going through multiple challenges, they finally tasted success and are now working with more than 400 companies across the world while simultaneously competing with some of the largest brands in the nation.
