Before 1997 sintering Industries in India used to buy the Lubricant, zinc stearate from Blach ford USA and UK. By keeping in pace with the international market J. B. Chemicals not only produced Quality Zinc stearate but also pioneered the future Lubricants, JB 13's,JB wax, JB234, JB wax45. J.B. Chemicals have contributed to Modern India by saving foreign exchange for the last 17years Innovation, productivity,& quality go hand in hand and hence they adapt a very elaborative Methodical & systematic way to develop new Products by using tools such as APQ, DOE, Control plan, FMEA, SPC, PPAP etc. Microencapsulation and emulsions is their strength.

The research wing is well equipped with R&D assemblies. An environment conscious person, set up an effluent treatment plant as soon as need arose. Stopped the use of water thereby saving 750Ltrs of water (each batch) and making it a Zero discharge of water company. It is also a zero Fuel consumption company while its new process not only saves cost but also nullifying air pollution.

A new novel & unique Lubricating agent JB234 is developed for the Sintering Industry that has an Ash Content of 1.8% max, while other agents leave behind 15% of ash.
